Officials in Illinois are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person who stole a US flag and Illinois flag from a pole outside the County Courthouse.

Hahaha… so what kind of flags did this man steal other than the national flag esp in the court house? Our flag in any government building was hung upon on the building not on the pole which is easily stolen. Because those government flags are the best flag quality than the average sold in the shop. Unless I’m mistaken, it was nighttime and the person was just correcting a mistake. It’s illegal to fly the American flag at night.

No Govt facility should be flying a flag at night, proper retiring National Ensign or state flag should be done every sunset. That's the respected way. Our Sheriff's Dept and Courthouse retires them at sunset 🤔
