  1. The lessons should be remembered by all but the lessons arent. War should be avoided but its not. War machines keep growing etc. We never learn

  2. What an honour. Respects n Salute to these Normandy D-Day Vets from India. I had lost my uncle to War when I was not even born (India Pakistan War of 1965 when America went to War in Vietnam). 77 confirmed enemy kills before he died. He was a fan of Elvis Presley Hollywood n WWII Movies before he died. He was just 24 n a bachelor. War is hell.

  3. Vance H. Taylor was one of 7 American fighter pilots paired with 7 radiomen to go ashore at Omaha on the landing craft, fight their way up the beach, dig in, and call the coordinates of the camouflaged bunkers back to the oncoming pilots. I am proud that my Dad volunteered for this task. I salute all Allies who fought.

  4. I am a veteran age 70……..I went to prison for keeping my oath to uphold and defend the constitution form all enemies foreign and especially domestic. I kept my oath but the feds didn't like it. The deep state sent me to prison and also sent my wife to prison for good measure even though she did nothing.

  5. Both of my grandfather's served during WWII. The greatest generation. God bless them. The kids today have no idea. I have the utmost respect for them and for all that have and who are currently serving. God bless America!

  6. I thank these men for their service. People today complain about their chicken nuggets at McDonalds, their show being canceled or even a flat tire but few today have propper persective. One thing war does is teach us that most things we worry about are not worth worrying about.

  7. I am beyond embarrassed, and completely disgusted. This guy trump representing the US for the DDay commemoration!?. This cowardly draft dodger knows absolutely nothing about honor and sacrifice. He is unfit to walk on the hallowed ground of the beaches of Normandy and the graves of those who gave their lives for us. We can and should honor them by removing this unworthy upstart from office. His hollowness and contrived puffery on full display for all th|e world is as disrespectful as the US could possibly be to the legacy of those who suffered and gave their lives.

  8. Here is a teaching moment.

Trump dodged the veitnam war? But acts like he gives a shit about WW2. Your being conned england. 📌👇

You know why his grandfather was a pimp in the yukon?

He dodged the draft and went to canada.

  9. My students often complain about their fast food jobs and homework. Imagine if they were drafted into World War 2 and were sent to fight in Normandy at 18 years old. That's your job. I can't imagine. They sacrificed so much so young so I can have the choice to do what I do and my students to do what they choose as well. From a boy to a man overnight. Honors well-deserved for them all.

  10. God Bless Them,,,,,they saved the World from Tyranny,,,,, were would we be today, without theses brave soul's….. THANK YOU ❤🇬🇧🇺🇸🇦🇺🇬🇧🇺🇸🇦🇺
