  1. A younger native Hawaiian went hiking and got lost a few days before her. Not nearly as much attention. He was never found.
She literally drank ayahuasca tea and went for a hike. She risked the lives of first responders. Many people get lost hiking in Hawaii, she got famous for it because….well ya. Local hunters would find her (in that state), dazed and confused, on hikes all the time, this is BEFORE This last time. She’s also a transplant, and the government doesn’t want it to affect tourism. Locals get lost all the time, without any attention Like this. Tons of tourists die in our waters and it’s never on the news because they don’t want it to affect tourism. She got at least 50 g from go fund me, I think it was close to 100g. I would know because I’m a native Hawaiian who was in contact with rangers who live in Maui. They regulate all the transplants and tourists who trespass and risk their lives. Since the government does nothing.

  2. LOL it is physically impossible to get lost in HI, anyone have questions, plz feel free to ask. this is soooooo FAKE, she should be put in prison. as well as those overly excited rescuers….

  3. I lived on Maui for years and of course I have treaded every path of the island. I can't imagine where on Earth she could have gotten lost. 2 hours maybe yeah but not for weeks. The only way she could have gotten lost is if she is mentally impaired and hid in some cave. This is bogus.

  4. She took hallucinations and got lost in a well populated area. It's all a hoax to sell book and get famous quick. She put a lot of life in jeopardy and should pay out of pocket for her spiritual journey. Thanks

  5. FROM HER OWN INTERVIEW….

"…The story is gonna come out in time, and I'm not really ready to tell it as a story? That doesn't even feel right…"
"This was probably day 14…and I'm looking at numerology…number 14 what is that significant for? I just had such hope in my heart everyday…"

"…I looked at the sky and I said you know I've been guided all along, this whole journey was extremely spiritual for me, and I never felt alone, and I never felt
fearful, it was an opportunity to overcome fear of everything, and it was an opportunity to be stripped away of all the comforts of this modern world
and see what was left. There was such amazing beauty in that. But at this point I've had everything stripped away, I'm so uncomfortable, I can barely move,
what else do you want from me?…I'm looking at the sky, please pick me up, I'm ready, I've learned, this is my souls journey…"

"…And I call mercy and I choose free will and I say no from this point, and it was a very loud clear message that I received… You can sit on this rock and you can die…and feel pitiful and play victim
or you can start walking down that waterfall and chose life…"

  6. Still confused about how she got lost in the first place. Like did she fall in a river or something? It shouldn’t be that hard to locate someone if they were walking along a path or something unless they decided to walk further into the woods after being lost

  7. This is a perfect example of why people shouldn’t hike alone! I know she was traumatized, but it was her choice to take that chance. Her parents, friends, and family didn’t deserve that trauma and agony!
