Walking along a public interstate may be dumb but we have the right to travel (Freedom of movement), other than being on something, he was well within his rights to refuse to identify since at the time they had no crime or reason to stop him other than for safety. The supreme court has ruled that law enforcement isn't responsible for the safety of the public, the public is responsible for itself.

  2. I often muse that today's vacant-cerebrum purple haired whatevers have no understanding of our historical need for state "institutions" designed to incarcerate such mental defectives as this medical anomoly videoed on the motorway.

    Their recuperative treatment remains important (no doubt — rest easy there you purple haired quasi-bipeds!) but our main goal is to lock these sad turkeys up…to protect us!! 😎🇺🇸🇺🇸

  3. This officer was jsut trying to help this man, and he was just being plain ignorant, could’ve gone way smoother, it’s ashamed
