Good example of how to cooperate and follow direction from the police! The police treated them respectfully and they were respectful back. Easy as 1, 2, 3. That's the way it should be! By not cooperating and making a quick move causes major concern and SAFETY to the police. Stop, listen, COOPERATE and it's overwith.
