  1. You could look at cop straight in the face and say “I’m drunk, take me to jail” but they won’t do it until the preform FSTs why??? Because they need evidence to support. Without sufficient evidence they may lose in trial

  2. Never, ever, ever do field sobriety tests or the field breathalyzer, when you get back to the station, deny the official breathalyzer if you know you are 2X the limit, like this guy is. Get an attorney and plea it out. That is the best case scenario.
