Idk I’m stuck in between, I don’t see how they could convict them beyond a reasonable doubt. Like that’s my only thing. There’s too many inconsistencies for me to say there is straight up say they did it. That’s just my opinion though. Plus there’s 3 “witnesses” with 3 different stories, something doesn’t add up to me.

I'm not saying John is innocent, but the evidence just isn't there for a murder conviction. There has to be some physical evidence, because circumstantial evidence and testimony itself isn't enough for a murder conviction in majority of cases. He needed a better lawyer that's for sure…

What about the beginning when they said witnesses heard a woman and a man talking before the murder. Could it possibly be the ex girlfriend and the friend setting up John ? They probably were having an affair. Killed marked fisher and blamed it on John. Both of thier story are the same .

So John the killer says he's never fired a gun but had fired a gun and the police were involved in the past.

That being said… the defense attorneys aren’t great. I’m not totally convinced of their guilt by the evidence but I know they did it.
