5. I used to be in the bar business. We cut a customer off after one drink as it became obvious that he had been drinking before getting to our establishment. Got him into his girlfriends car ( the DD) and off they went.
   They started arguing on the way home so he decided to jump out of the car at 60 kms per hour and of course was badly hurt.
   He then tried to sue us. It cost us thousands in legal fees but the case was eventually tossed.
   So many people refuse to take responsibility for their actions now a days, sad .

23. There are many cases where the owner is held responsible. It is a part of having a liquor license. So it's not just Tiger. He should have known the possible liability before deciding to get in the business. It's high risk.

28. I’m sorry for the family however if the family knew their son had a drinking problem the they should have talked to him and gotten him help. He’s an adult and he made the worst choice and he paid for it with his life! Sad part is he got in a car and drove home. That was his choice and not the family is looking for a pay out!
