Unfortunately, since many, if not all, of these cases will be held in California, I would be utterly astonished if any of the defendants will serve any jail time. Their fines will also probably be negligible. Why do I say that? California, which I believe is a great state, unfortunately has this great love affair with celebrities, so much that they seldom çonvict them of any crimes.
