  2. Drivers are in the commission of creating commerce. Taxi drivers, Tractor trailer drivers, Bus drivers… a man or woman 'traveling' in their own vehicle is not commercial… per Black's Law Dictionary and the Supreme Court.

  3. For those of you that don't know the law. He's allowed to Travel without a License. Driving means he's operating as a cooperation/business. Traveling means he's going from point A to B. These are laws of the land. I bet he'll get those charges dropped.
