8. I don't know…a lot of times kids/adult kids with mental illnesses often hate those who are the best ones to help them..The ones who care. I have someone with FASD…and have worked with those with dementia..And their perspective on reality is not correct. They are very delusional and do things that hurt themselves. They find anyone who tries to stop them from doing dangerous things..including spending all their money in a day..doing hard drugs etc..Awful- They don't want to be stopped from impulses and go around bad people. I want to have a conservator ship of the person I am in a relationship with so I can get him help when he goes into a meltdown and tries to ruin his whole life and get involved with bad people. He has FASD and loads of triggers and goes directly to very bad men when he gets overwhelmed. He is vulnerable as many are with mental illnesses- and if you have conservatorship then you can get them care when they go into psychosis and try and hurt themselves. The word of a mentally ill person isn't very often factual. Meaning they have delusions and want away from those who do care. It happens a lot. However..it seems like britney has done good for awhile and I am not sure I would trust her mother but IDK their family life personally.
