I've actually been to that area of Spokane. I'm glad I wasn't in the wrong place at the wrong time!
The driver has now been identified as 30-year-old Jorel Fultz who was accused last year of attacking former Deadliest Catch star Jake Harris. Although police had planned to arrest Fultz for the attack on Harris, Snohomish County Prosecutors did not file charges against him in time to keep him behind bars. Last week, Spokane County Sheriff's deputies say Fultz allegedly crashed a friend's car into a tree and then ran off.
