  1. Here's what I think REALLY happened: the black guy who lived directly above her (key fact) played his TV and/or music too loudly and she thought about it and thought about it and decided to kill him, coming up with this insane story that she mistook her own apartment.
I don't care how tired you are, no one walks up an EXTRA flight of stairs. I think this was premeditated on her part.

  2. This case is so fucked up. I have lived in one of those huge apartment complexes and I have come home tired myself and accidentally walked into someone else's house. I do believe she made a mistake and that this wasn't about race at all. In those buildings, everything is the same all the way up except the numbers. I do believe she was overtired. That is another problem with police. 13 hour shifts for that kind of work. Regardless this was too big of a mistake. There is no excuse.

  3. The psychology of big black man is different than little withe woman and he opened the door and by that moment she should know that she is in the wrong apartment but she was under the influence of drugs (WEED )and she is trained to ilemnat him and She was in her way to have $ex with a married man and she have history of use of weed and she broke into his apartment and shot him and she didn't give him the midcal aid that he need (u can see it on video) and she didn't use her radio to call 911 but she used her phone because they will record the call (to make herself look she helped him) their is one key for each door he opened the door and she know it wasn't her apartment and she shot him anyway because she was smoking weed
she is home racking killer she don't deserve a hug

  4. When a victims family get a big pay day they then remain silent of openly forgiving the culprit, this must stop, the victims should think about the next victim instead of playing the hero by forging the culprit,

  5. So when a drunk driver kills peoples in a car crash accident it's at least more than 20 years? But when it's straitgh up murder, it's 10 years? Shame on you America, your judicial system is nonsense, she needs to be made an example, so that no other cops think about doing the same mistake..

  6. Can back to review this cause after killing of Daunte Wright. Was a laying out of both apartments ever presented during trail?

  7. Most cops are incompetent. I wouldn’t call the police if my house was robbed. Too high a probability that the cop would shoot me. The risk of serious bodily harm or death from just dealing with these idiots is just too high. If you see a cop, cross the street or go the other way because those fools are crazy.

  8. Thought it was her apartment!!! I’m under the impression that the guy’s door was unlocked. Been there before, apartment elevator skipping doors and walking out thinking it’s your floor. But Omg lady!!!!!! Shooting 1st?? 😮😮

  9. Driving while black,
    Walking while black,
    Living while black,
Seriously, stop this propaganda fear mongering, anyone can get shot for mistaken situation, its unfortunate but it happens.

  10. The thing I just can’t understand is that people are really justifying her shooting and claiming the guy was somehow in the wrong… how tf is a guy sitting on HIS couch, in HIS house, doing absolutely nothing wrong or have a criminal background be in fault for hid own death
