  1. I know it is a little different. People wonder why they stop a car for little things. Few years back I remember an incident where a cop pulled over some young drivers over the seat belts. They were upset. An hour later the cop got called to an overturned vehicle. Yep it was the young drivers, alive. They thanked the officer for the earlier stop, as they had their seat belts on. They felt he saved their lives. This officer here with a warning may have saved theirs.
