  1. It’s annoying but I’m guilty too, I find my self grabbing my phone without noticing. I feel guilty as a mom but it’s so difficult it’s like everything in one place 🤷‍♀️

  2. How about learn what it takes to be human, and live life like a real person instead of a single entity on a course of self distruction by only fulfilling your own personal needs? The point of life is to benefit from it and everyone working together because before the internet, we were connected by blood. Now is not the case for we have created a worldwide array of monsters feeding themselves with no restrictions. And the world is going to sh!t because of it. Wise up, grow up, and stop buying into the "entertainment" business. It was meant to lull you into a relaxed state and distract you. Now there's no need for entertainment. Your life should be entertaining.

  3. Family interventions on the nightly news? They need help with their phone use and ironically uses their phones to attempt to get help and record examples of why it's needed, lol. I completely agree with her though. We ve become so dependent on staring brainlessly at lil screens that we've forgotten how to function without doing so. It's also dumbing us down as a society which helps explain how people like Trump are able to squeeze their way into office.

  4. I have a better solution for your problem ! Don’t buy kids phones ! Let them be kids why expose them to all the garbage that there is on the internet ? Then parents whine of how their kids don’t wanna stay off the phone don’t give them one to begin with . I think a teenager that has started working 16-17 years old can have his first phone not a 12 year old kid even worse a toddler ! Parents fault

  5. Omg! This is exactly how I feel! Like I’m home alone cooking and feeding and washing clothes for ‘someone.’

When my child does FT I feel like a stranger can see my bedroom, everything!

  6. Disturbing. In Sweden most parents have a limited screen time of a total 2 hours for their children, no cell phones at meals and all meals together as a family and everybody has to do sports or physical activity – how hard can it be? Maybe this segment at least got people thinking.

  7. 1.No phones on the dinning table (if Someone skips family meals for the sake of phones you need help. This is serious 😳) 2.No phones one hour before bedtime. 3.No Early morning social media and games. If one starts with these 3 rules things get better.
