I myself am going into law enforcement when I can get out of my current job and the BLET (Basic law enforcement training) course we have to carry probably an 80 to 100 lb dummy or weight.
That could have been bad if one prong hit that puddle, for the officer

I had a friend run from CHP on a Honda 80 dirt bike because he went to the gas station at midnight. They tried to taze him but one probe stuck in his temple and the other probe whizzed by his head. He pulled it out and kept riding home. 8 squad cars and a helicopter later he got arrested. Did 6 months in county. Luckily no one was seriously hurt.
