  1. Humans make errors, even with the best training and knowledge. Some people are far too judgmental. And, by the way, Sumatran tigers are critically endangered. Not just endangered. Critically endangered. Until mankind figures out a way to stop wrecking the planet, we'll have to safeguard animal populations in zoos and other captive facilities.

  2. There should NEVER be a reason to enter an enclosure with an apex predator. If any zoo that you go to has keepers in contact with these kinds of animals (even young ones that were raised by staff) you should not support this facility. It is out of respect for these dangerous animals that we do not directly interact with them. There should be no reason for someone to be in physical contact with these animals (this includes celebrities, rappers, etc.).

  3. People in the comments need to educate themselves about zoos. Zoos provide homes for animals who cannot go back to the wild, they participate in research and conservation as well as educating the public. There are only six remaining species of tigers, all either threatened or endangered. But sure go ahead and just call em cages.

  4. The tiger did, what the tiger would do in its original habitat. Put them back in the wild, and put us in cages in the back of lorries if we’re so desperate to see them. Leave them be!!

  5. Thank God they won't put the tiger down. In case you forgot, it is a wild animal and therefore is not at fault. Not to mention their population is dwindling……

  6. Thank god they aren't going to euthanize the tiger..also,if that tiger wanted that keeper dead she would be dead..it was most likely a mistake or misstep on her part..you have to be very careful around wild animals..people need to respect them but never ever turn your back on them or make a mistake because they will take advantage of that..I pray for the keeper

  7. Well, some people need to learn obvious lessons the hard way. Don't step into a tiger's cage unless that tiger has some kind of loving bond with you.

  8. Tree stumps thrown on a concrete floor?🙄😔 Cant at least put some hay/leaves on the ground? Throw in some greenery? Poor tigers are forced to raise their children in the same, lack luster, inadequate, environment & people wonder why these majestic animals SNAP! People staring at them everyday, loud noises,etc..NOT OK! Tigers have a memory like a elephant! They know they are being caged & are in a unnatural environment. Their instincts alone, reminds them everyday! Therefore, of course they are going to seek out ANY opportunity to be heard! Just like when people wrongly imprison/convict humans & they act out the same manner. NOT rocket science folks! Zoos should be BANNED! 💯🐅💔
