Only in the US are (western / "developed" countries) in the middle of the city old/rotten electric poles. In urban areas, power lines must be implemented with underground cables.
I don’t know much about the power line/ electrical industry but a lot can happen in a few years, just saying.

That's why in Germany we don't use wood poles that's typical American intelligence
Its still amazing how they still dont know what causes unexplainable events. God will keep doing this till they recognize he exist.

I'm sure years ago when they put those power lines up there was a new guy that forgot to tighten those bolts up . That why the came down one after another.
They better sue the city
