39. So a storage lot owner can demand you leave within 15 minutes barring you from accessing you property stored in a locker you legally rent? I'd never have this problem because I wouldn't use a storage locker as a home but if some storage place owner had a problem with me and barred me from accessing my property from a unit I pay for then yeah, he'd need to lawyer up and be ready to waste a lot of money and time in a courtroom.
