13. Joe you been away to long. The issue with it cutting out is they got a nosey ass guard that is killing the connection. They do that when rules are broken and the rule in this cases was you can only visit one person. So when the other girls came to the screen the guard was pulling the plug. Most don't give a damn but some guards have nothing better to do then f with the inmates. They get off on having control and being dictators since they have failed in life and likely were picked on in high school. But that's the reason, one person per visit can't do multiple people
