Seems not a single person here bothered to look at the bill. For those who actually are curious and aren't partisan to the point that basic civil rights proposed by the other party are wrong to you then I will try to summarize:
Essentially, the act would make gerrymandering even more difficult and require neutral processes to redistrict states, establish what qualifies as ID for voting federally to stop the wide range of versions by different states that at times are used to strategically target certain groups (e.g. a state might say a passport or birth certificate works, but student ID won't which can make the process more difficult for students who may lean towards a certain political party), automatic voters registration, early voting periods, national standards for mail-in ballots (similar reasons to that of standards for ID), protections for Americans with disabilities who may have issues voting, protections against unlawful voters purges, restrictions on donors to enforce more transparency (e.g. if the NRA is dumping a ton of cash into a Senator's re-election campaign you should be able to know easily), and a few other things like preventing subversions to the election process. Overall, it's a bill that looks great and doesn't really have any issues for democracy, though I can see why a certain party that hasn't won the popular vote for years would hate a bill making it so they wouldn't be so over represented through gerrymandering and the like. Individual state exercises constitutionally determine in how voting is done. The only national office that all the states share is the Presidency an$ their is no popular vote, your state legislature via its elector decides so you only really have state elections. If you feel your state leaders are suppressing your vote you can ensure that the standard is equally applied and If you know it will affect you or others in your community then address the challenge to meet these new standards and vote down those who changed the rules to silence your vote. Stop expecting Washington as the filibuster gives the minority the minority to kill anything before it discussion and because your odds of making changes in your own states are better. Only when more state legislatures reflect their new demographics can we hope to move toward fair representation.
