The problem with the Fulton County Jail, is the people that run it, or don't. I spent a couple of months in the Maricopa County Jail, in Phoenix. I can say with absolute certainty, that every single one of the offenses committed in front of a camera, in Phoenix, would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and they'd use the footage to convict all of them. It appears as tho the Fulton County Sheriffs Office considers crimes committed in jail to not count. I never saw a single fight or anything in 2 months. It might be because they use the exact same type of pod system, and actually monitor everything. You so much as start yelling the guards show up. Pound on the window, solitary. Fulton County Jail, do whatever you want, they don't care.

@8:13 when he is throwing punches looks like he can barely balance himself and his right heel is not lifting up properly behind his right punch. To me it seems he watched some fights and hes trying to portray someone he is really not. And the person who knows they can inflict some damage wouldnt say that because they would be respectful of other peoples ability to do damage to them which is another indicator he is just talking to keep people away.
