5. @Adam LZ You can put a lug nut on and use an impact wrench w/ socket to run the lug nut on which pulls the lug into the hub.

18. I run the gktech poly bushings in my siliva. Love them, way quieter than the aluminum ones I did have. I did have to use a press to get them in, wasn't able to just "tap" them in.
