I believe Donald who lives there. The shooter is a friend that lives there. He shot 2 workers because of mistreatment of patients. After the shooting he laid down on the floor and the gun was a few feet away. No threat but police acted like they did something special by apprehending an old man. Always a spin to the story to make themselves look good. It was payback for treating elderly badly. Can't say i blame him.
