  1. I'm torn between wanting her lawyer if I ever go to court and agreeing with a large segment of society that want to string up lawyers from the nearest tree.

  2. Let me get this straight. I can shoot someone, kill them, but get away with it if I say I didn't mean to kill them? It's a gun, it's ment to kill someone.

  3. Where's the riots and the no justice no peace BS for this man??? Oh that's right,,,, these people don't loot and burn their own neighborhoods!!!

  4. So, I get that we couldn't see everything on camera but isn't her calm demeanor and the fact that she shot him in the back proof enough that she wasn't in fear for her life? Also the guy's body was on the roof so he was clearly just trying to leave, not rush her. She's a murderer, plain and simple.

  5. In my state of Colorado, the cops told me I'm not allowed to shoot, or do anything, to someone that has their back turned to me. They said, if their back is turned, it means they were trying to get away and therefore not a threat.

  6. They shouldnt have charged First Degree should have Charged Second she would have got guilty verdict! First is too hard to proove.

  7. you can't revoke someone's bond for leaving the state if they have permission from the court
you're basically just taking their money and saying now you have to pay another bail bonds to get out

also someone is a moron on that case, you have to deliberately shoot the gun, that's intent to kill
you DO NOT| need to intend to kill when you shoot, only intend to shoot someone

  8. For everyone saying this is not self defense I just want to let you know that it is considered self defense in america and before you say oh no thank god I dont live in America but I live near it and know their horrible laws rules people and country

  9. Oh no. I usually side with the Police, but that man was not threatening her in any way. If he climbs out then damned window, go scoop him up when he gets to the ground.

    This was ridiculous!

Oh, and she's not even a cop? She's a bondsman? Yeah, she has to go to prison.
