I can see that she didn't intend to kill him, but she deliberately shot him. How is that not voluntary manslaughter at a minimum?

So, I get that we couldn't see everything on camera but isn't her calm demeanor and the fact that she shot him in the back proof enough that she wasn't in fear for her life? Also the guy's body was on the roof so he was clearly just trying to leave, not rush her. She's a murderer, plain and simple.
In my state of Colorado, the cops told me I'm not allowed to shoot, or do anything, to someone that has their back turned to me. They said, if their back is turned, it means they were trying to get away and therefore not a threat.

you can't revoke someone's bond for leaving the state if they have permission from the court
