Its private property (the car) in a private street (the driveway) no one was injured (thank God) but it's not illegal to burn up your own car. If it's by accident which it appears to be.
So it's not arson no one was killed and the owner of the car next to him refused to press charges for destruction of property.
The police would look at this and say its the insurance companies proble.
Get out! People run that's a Gasoline fire. No time for watching or talking.
if there is any justice, the car's insurer will not pay a dime.
