  2. Well at least he didn't make it on to the road as drunk as he was. I'm glad it destroyed his car stupid drunk and after this video you know insurance wasn't going to pay for it.

  3. Its private property (the car) in a private street (the driveway) no one was injured (thank God) but it's not illegal to burn up your own car. If it's by accident which it appears to be.

    So it's not arson no one was killed and the owner of the car next to him refused to press charges for destruction of property.

    The police would look at this and say its the insurance companies proble.
