  9. Jewish law does in fact permit abortion when the fetus is a threat to the mother's life. Furthermore, human life begins at birth, that is, at the time when the child is more than halfway emerged from the mother's body. In Judaism, it is taught that the fetus doesn't have a soul until it is born.

    If you believe it's morally acceptable to kill a baby right up until the moment of birth, I ask why stop there? Why not allow your "reproductive choices" to be allowed unitil the child is two or three years old?

  18. Congresswoman Cat telling her mother's story wasn't a very good argument if anything it was counter-productive to her cause. Republicans obviously have no functioning frontal lobes. It was her mother's CHOICE to have her. This argument might work to influence an individual to make a CHOICE not to have an abortion in these circumstances but the key word here is CHOICE. At least give a half-way intelligent argument so you don't look like a bunch of fumbling baboons.

    The Republican Party just isn't scary anymore they are on the verge of being hideous. They have already killed the spirit of Jesus in their God of avarice selling his soul to buy more airplanes. It was only a couple years ago when Donald Trump was president that I learned on the Internet how Afghanistan treated women in their honor killings with God. If a woman was to have sex out of wedlock they would make her father pour gasoline on her and set her afire. Disembowelment and honor killings seem to go together in Afghanistan religion with God. If a woman commits murder in the killing of her unborn baby is it now Texas law that she will get put into the electric chair. I remember when history was something you could learn from then I saw Judge Roy Moore riding a horse and brandishing a weapon to vote for himself. I used to think this kind of stuff was stupid but I don't anymore. People made a narcissistic billionaire off his own TV show president even after the whole world came out in protest. Watching his followers storm the capital was so predictable it made me laugh. Like I said the Republican Party's use to be scary now they are becoming hideous on how little regard they have in learning out of the history books. At least these days when it comes to coat hangers and abortion mothers have the Internet to guide them.

    PS. It is sad that big brother (the government) can tell a woman what she can do with her body. Now that everybody is on the Internet it's not hard for big brother to learn if people are thinking correctly (political correctness). It used to be that only God could judge our thoughts to ourselves but these days people do it as well. Today playing God isn't what it used to be, today you don't even have to play. Republicans voted for Donald Trump believing he was a prophet of God. If the Republicans win again they could have the ultimate victory to go with their 1% club in owning the world. The time may come where someone could be put to death (euthanized) for thinking to himself!… The Ultimate Fear And Intimidation Coming Out Of a Trolls Mind.

  31. Whatever happened to giving up for adoption? There are so many positive stories about families taking in kids, so why are these women so quick to want to murder off the life they created?
    Whether it was accidental or against their will.

    They're basically saying that rape is worse than murder, so murder is okay.

Oh wait l that's right once they're born tough luck. Now a grim outlook for the kids, mothers, and a drain on their system. Sounds smart Texas.

  33. Since Texas is about to have all these "unwanted" babies, I would adopt one if someone feels abortion is the only option. Also I made a Facebook group for women in unplanned pregnancies to post baby registries, couples to post adoption profiles, and things like that. Just trying to help any way I can
