    – 42 countries owe 385 billions $ to china. If any country could not pay off their loan, they must lease  the project for the long term to China!
    – Gwadar port of Pakistan that has been leased to China for 90 years
     or Tajikistan  ceded 1000 square kilometers of its territory to China or Sri Lanka leased Hambantota port to China for 99 yrs.
    or  Djibouti leased a military base to China in east Africa!
