Ending bias in america is like landing a spaceship on the sun
There is no such thing as "Unintentional bias" or "unconscious bias". "Unintentional bias" and "unconscious bias" are a linguistic sleight of hand. Basically anything and everything can fall under the term "unconscious bias." Going for a job a black person wants – that's "unconscious bias." Want to move to a new house in a white neighbourhood – that's "unconscious bias." Shopping at a white owned business – that's "unconscious bias." These terms are about contol.

Bias will never end. Even tho we are aware people have preconceived notions of others and I’ve experienced it in the workplace.
The only way is to end the people who keep going along with unintentional bias which will never happen
There was a time when we called it "education." Now, we can't eliminate bias, because anything objectified is racist.
What about when people don’t want these biases to change because thh be way benefit from them but they have to say they want change or be shunned a d face prejudice themselves

Bias by another name is still bias. Obesity is bad is not well medically supported but is a symptom of an American poverty lifestyle that is often more likely to affect minorities.
