The part I don’t get is the garbage. I can understand items but garbage?

As soon as I saw the son, I just thought "Where's the state services" for this kid.
I am not sure how anyone thought they'd be allowed move back in with roach and mold infestations still that bad. But a great start, definitely.

I found it very disturbing that the hotel room started to look like their private residence. Some people are just hopeless, it is in their nature. Could be just brain damage or something.

I have nightmares of being in a house where it's infested with roaches, bedbugs, and ticks. In my dreams they come from holes, the outlets, and behind items, and they always crawl into my ears.
One of the worst houses i have seen on the show, just the cobwebs omg , and that is saying something. I will never understand the garbage why not throw it out ?

Fred and Mary are in denial. Filthy, hoarders and child neglect. Why didn't the school , a friend or neighbors help this child? This story makes me angry.
