Well done for rescuing the man! That water was boiling! But I don't understand why NBC pointed out the "turbans"? People use anything at hand to save a person's life.
Makeshift rope? How and what did the use to make that rope?
There are good and helpful people everywhere in the world. Why villify or insult a whole group of people without having first hand experiences with them on a case to case basis. So American, for people not to do this. And elsewhere by some these days unfortunately.
