For anyone interested, here are some facts and points of consideration
This short video begins by stating how Human Rights groups claim the trial was flawed and the State Department is concerned.
Now, Mr PR is accused of financing terrorism, forming a rebel group, complicity in murder (among several other charges). The claim that the trial is 'flawed' is based on the fact that Mr PR was essentially tricked into boarding an airplane headed to Rwanda instead of Burundi as he thought–by presumably undercover Rwandan government agents. These are some facts.
Now consider the fact that during the trial (which is fully recorded and was televised) that numerous pieces of evidence (along with his own self-incriminating statements) effectively showed that Mr PR was indeed guilty of the charges brought to him by the court.
Mr PR was proven to be a terrorist (a person who insists on using *unlawful use of violence in pursuit of political aims) in court and he himself had proudly advocated using any means to overthrow current leadership in Rwanda. So basically, Mr PR can justifiably be labelled a terrorist whether or not one agrees with his intended political goals.
Human Rights groups claim the trail is flawed and the State Department is concerned, yet our government has done/attempts to do the same thing using statues like the National Defense Authorization Act or using various special operations units to capture said people…Snowden and many other political dissidents can attest to this.
He said Rwandan gov. is enemy of the people. and any means possible to bring about change….. They they turn around and say he is innocent.

Lots of people are being unjustly jailed, slowly killed in Mageragere prison in Kigali. Not only Rusesabagina. Genocide is not ended yet. There is still a hidden plan to exterminate Hutus and Tutsis who don’t agree to that plan. I have proofs. Sad to see what is happening there nowadays. Those of u who are confused should find a news agency that has done investigative journalism on this case. A four and a half minute story can't make things clear. There tapes out there in Rwandan language which undoubtedly ties Rusesabagina to a rebel group called FLN and he can't find a way to show that he isn't associated with FLN even if he was in a Belgium or American court.
Hey good people! From now on, please give all your supposed ‘heroes’ in Hollywood movies this message: “Do not murder anyone. If you do, I won’t support you anymore!” Maybe then they won’t do the horrible things Rusesabagina did.

And ofcourse the US spoke up😂 No one expected them to side with the outcome since the way the government of Rwanda chose to handle this case is something the US government completely knows nothing about. They don't try their terrorists, they BOMB and kill them off the US soil, with their kids and famillies as collateral damage but are just praised for it. So yeah, we don't expect people with such shallow solution thinking capacity to agree with the way we choose to apply our carefully thougt-out solutions.

You chose to talk to his daughter and talk about his movie and 'heroic' acts and basically just show them in the positive light whwereas there are real victims who suffered from this man's acts that you continously choose to disregard as if tbeir lives are nothing.
