  1. With the police involved the first trial is public and for show. Much huffing and puffing going on. They know that less than a year later when the public isn't watching they can get in there and change a murder conviction down to a double parking violation without too much notice. It is all for show and out of fear from the courts.

  2. Small measure of justice but the entire conviction and sentence needs to be overturned. One of the few times that a person behaved erratically thereby creating an unsafe situation for the police and he acted accordingly the injustice system decided to remind us again that race is the law of the land. One set of rules for white race soldiers and a completely separate unfair set of rules for Black police officers.

  3. why would you want to release CHAVIN, the safest place for him is jail!

release him and he would be dead in a month or sooner! the whole country hate the man

    what chances does he have?!

  4. I have always seen this as a racist shooting by Noor. He wanted to gun down this unarmed white woman to "get even" with the recent blacks shot by cops across the country. He had NO justification for this shooting. His claims of concern for his partner were lies.

  5. A police officer NEVER HUNTS PEOPLE!!! IT IS LUDICROUS TO SEE HOW CORRUPT POLITICIANS ALTER THE NORMAL LIFE OF OUR COUNTRY ON DAILY BASES. From the drug abuse death of a drug addict, to CONVICT A POLICE OFFICER FOR MURDER, IS CRIMINAL!!!!! THE IDIOTIC JUDGE THAT DID IT, MUST RESIGN!!!!!

  6. The judge and Justice system during the Amber Geyger case showed mercy to her. Geyger breached the wrong home and shot the occupant . The country cheered on this show of grace and mercy for her . Noor shoots a person that startled him in an dark area after calls of gun fire ( all of you would’ve reacted the same way ) . The Justice system rails him with no vaseline at first but later grows a heart and reduces his sentence . The country is devastated……. Sounds about white

  7. He gets off because he's a Somali immigrate, no reason to let him walk out of prison early
A diversity hire that never had any business being a Police Officer

  8. First of all you have to consider where the cop came from: Somalia! Think about what the culture is like there! Think about how he learned his Right from Wrong lessons. Now think about the need for cops in the U.S. and the common practice of hiring marginal candidates. Applicants who can barely pass the academy. Instructors who don't hold the standard of excellence and pass cadets who should be passed over. Next think about the standard law enforcement psycological exam and ask yourself how many cops currently working today could actually pass the exam without someone cheating or looking the other way. There are so many reasons why NOOR should never have been hired as a cop in the U.S. It used to be that when an officer shot anyone, the investigation would go all the way back to his training officer in the academy. You don't hear anything about that anymore. But what did his training officer teach him? To let his emotions rule and to not wait for common sense? In my opinion, the entire police dept in Minneapolis should be under investigation. This couldn't have been the first sign of trouble. There had to be numerous other signs that were ignored. How the hell does an innocent woman, only asking for help, get killed by the people who are sworn to PROTECT AND SERVE?

  9. We quickly forget cops nationwide were going thru tough times. Being ambushed while responding to fake 911 calls. Dallas, Louisiana, etc. They were all spooked up. It was a tragedy, glad he can get out and get his life back and move on

  10. The 1st rule of firearm safety is to never point a gun at anything you don't intend to shoot. The 2nd rule is never shoot from inside a motor vehicle or across a roadway. Mohammed Noor didn't follow the most basic rules of firearm safety..

  11. Take the whole race thing out of the equation, in an alley where a woman is suspected of being raped, a woman walks up to a police car sent to investigate and the police shoot her dead… Ffs by anyone's standards that's about as shitty of a police response as you could possibly imagine..!!

  12. Noor was pushed through the academy with failing test results and put on the street patrol. He was the agenda of democrats wanting officers Diversity. He was not and shouldn’t be a police officer. He killed her! This is the fault of liberal city council and politicians

  13. Police officers dealing with hardened criminals felons nasty people are held to a higher standard than this guy WTF. And comparing George Floyd to this is about the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. There is zero comparison. Floyd killed himself.
