Realistically? No. Anyone who actually pays attention knows that. If you’re not going to pass a bill through the reconciliation process which only allows budgetary policies, you need 60 votes in the Senate meaning ten Republican votes with 50 Democratic ones; Manchin and Sinema are not going to reform the filibuster, and Manchin, especially, has no incentive to considering his state went overwhelmingly to Trump in 2020, so he actually gains political points for limiting the Democratic Party’s ultimate influence.
Democrats may technically control the Senate because it’s split 50/50 and Kamala breaks any ties, but they don’t control it by the 60/40 margin you need to overcome the filibuster.
This table could benefit from a balance of opinion and political leanings. As it stands, this Meet the Press should be renamed Meet the Liberal Media.

Please, I'm begging all Americans to educate themselves as to the actual line items. I promise you, you will be absolutely shocked beyond belief. …and no, I'm not a Republican. For example, did you know the Bill proposes providing 1 Billion Dollars for free housing to convicted felons getting out of prison. At the same time, we have over 800,000 homeless U.S. Veterans, no wonder suicide rates in the U.S. Military have spiked upward by 15% in the last year… the Air Fore alone experiencing it's highest level since its creation in 1947. I for one am sickened.
What is the need for bipartisan bill which was based on 3.5 trillion reconciliation being approved?
Just remove the corporate handouts from bipartisan infrastructure bill and add to reconciliation bill.
Save money by removing corporate handouts. If Manchin really wants to save money.
Or bypass corrupt politicians and have a national referendum and go back to 7 trillion. That would be Democracy.
