  1. Bye bye baby killing. Cant wait for it to be overturned it never should have been legalized in the 1st place, whatever will the poor decision making females do when they can no longer use abortion as a plan b pill. To the oh theyll just get illegal ones and might die, my response would be no sympathy you'll have better chances at survival then the child you murdered did

  2. THERE IS EXCEPTIONS TO ABORTION…INCEST, PROVEN RAPE ETC…BUT ONCE A WOMAN IRRESPOSIBLY OPENS HER LEGS AND SCREWS FOR SEXUAL SATISFACTION, ITS NOT YOUR BODY ANYMORE…FORNICATION AND ADULTERY IS NOT THE BABY'S FAULT.

  3. I can speak for myself and i would never have an abortion……but i believe in a womans right to choose..reverse roe v wade is just crazy as defund the police..bunch of nuts out there

  4. Fortunately, the re-criminalization of abortion in Canada through legislative and/or judicial means will never see the light of day. Evidently, abortion has long remained a 'proverbial' third-rail of Canadian politics.

  5. Contrary to popular belief, no one wants abortions to be necessary. Even the pro-choice types, much rather prevent unwanted pregnancies in the first place though sexual education, birth control (condoms, IUDs) and yes, even abstinence. Unfortunately, there are..
    1. Slip-ups.
    2. Cases where the fetus would later on become a human being with major physical issues where they wouldn't survive long after birth or would spend their lives in agony.
    3. Cases where the fetus dies in utero and the woman's body doesn't automatically cause a miscarriage.
    4. Cases where if would cause harm to the woman.
    5. Cases where it would kill the woman.
    6. Cases where the woman (sometimes a child) is the victim of rape. (Yes, they might have stopped the pregnancy via the morning after pill, but many of these women are traumatized and may not think about it in the first place.)

In many of these cases (I am including 2,3,4,6 especially), in places that have instituted stricter laws, they are also forcing these women to stay pregnant. Imagine being one of the women in #3 and you wanted a baby in the first place and what you get is being forced to live for months with her child's corpse in your womb. (This has happened in the USA).

Stricter abortion laws are only a bar to the poor as the rich people will just go out of state or country to get them and the poor, the teenage girls, drug addicts and many others will die in alleyways due to illegal ones. So only the at risk get 'punished'.

So how about we focus on things that will definitely decrease abortions? For example:
    1. Better sex education.
    2. Better access to birth control like IUDs, condoms, the pill.
    3. More community programs, social programs in areas with a greater number of at risk people as they are more likely to have unwanted pregnancies.
    4. Better (free) health care. Pregnancy can have long term affects on women and their and bankruptcy due to paying for health care is a massive issue for many.
    5. Better support for pregnant women and their children during and after their pregnancies.
    6. Better foster care. (How about considering donating your time and money if abortions bother you so much?)
    7. Adopting.
    8. Fostering.

It's laziness to ban abortions without tackling the issues that lead to people wanting them.

  6. Roe v. Wade is done. The Supreme court showed their hand with their 5-4 ruling allowing the Texas law to stand. The next step you’ll see is the Supreme Court being flooded with lawyer’s requests asking to overturn it altogether.

  7. I asked a co worker exactly how does a woman getting an abortion affect him physically or financially?

He said he believes women who are promiscuous should be forced to have the babies. Otherwise, he said rape and incest are the exceptions.
I said it's actually none of his business in any circumstances what a woman does with her body.

  8. Do justly.. kill rapists not babies! Kill rapists not babies! Kill rapists not babies! Kill rapists not babies! Kill rapists not babies!

  9. Religion and Church must be separated from Government and politicians – this is Constitution and Democracy! It's not a Politicians business, period. Government business to fight for better life for babies and pregnant women, give them free health-care, kindergartens, protection from gun violence, better environment. This law is clear hypocrisy and violation of Constitutional rights!

  10. I find it hypocritical that Republicans love to dictate how other people live their lives. They try to dictate gay marriage and gay rights. They try to dictate what women should or should not do with their bodies yet they act like fools and posit that no one can dictate they should wear masks in schools and public spaces. They are frauds and hypocrites and I will call every single last one of them out on it. They are pro life yet they are trying to save lives by reducing the spread of the virus. They are pro life but they have opposed Obamacare to help the poor have access to medical care, medication, hospital visits, and so forth. They are liars about being Christians and they are frauds about their pro life stance.

  11. I'll go on record as saying I don't believe I have "rule" over anyone elses body with the (limited) exception of my minor children. Period. So there's my stance on this issue and a snapshot of how I vote.
That said, this makes me sad much moreso because it's yet another old, but new grievance to further drive a wedge between Americans and make us all hate one another even more than we already do. As if the past 15 years of extreme political warfare capped off by the Trump years, this pandemic, constant border and immigration fights, the 2020 election, the Jan 6 insurrection, and so on hasn't taken enough of a toll on society.
It just breaks my heart to see yet another civilian war brewing. We've literally become Isreal & Palestine without the rocket fire.
So sad what's become of our people.
