2. As soon as this lady could not see that faecal matter was an issue, I knew she needed to be in a care facility. You cannot allow a person with that mindset to be alone, they're not of the mental ability to care for themselves, sadly.

31. So wonderful that she has such supportive siblings. Also, it is a good move to have their sister possibly go into a transitional home. That will hopefully ensure she is in a controlled environment, with supportive people and a wellness plan, but still allow her some level of independence.
