  1. Ordinance where I'm at you have to put your trash at your curb not in front of someone else's. That dude should have caught a fine as well for dumping trash. What kind of people don't have their stuff properly secured in their bins in the first place.

  2. They didn't fine the man for initially kicking over the woman's 2 trash cans first😳AND for instigating misconduct??? Nobody wants somebody's else's trash in front of their home🤷‍♂️…she's says she has NO RIGHTS in front of her house😳…yeah we know what kind of ppl they are…and the ticketing officer should be suspended without pay…if not fired

  3. Do this is happens all the time in front of my mother's house. My neighbor has his tore up Hootie park there been there for a year. Causing everybody and their mother to park in front of my mom's house. It's normally not a problem, unless I'm trying to visit. I end up having to block my mother's driveway where she is parked.

  4. PUT YOUR TRASH CANS IN YOUR PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR DRIVEWAY. YOU CAN PUT ONE BIN ON EACH SIDE OF YOUR PROPERTY . NEIGHBORS SHOULD GET ALONG AS THEY CAN HELP KEEP YOUR HOUSE SAFE WHEN YOU ARE AWAY

  5. Jeez they act like kids…well…kids can behave better in this situation. At the end the garbage collector is the one that have to work harder to clean the mess.
