  15. How is it legal to not have the date that vaccines are required in the executive order itself? What legal basis does the SWFTF have to issue modifications to an executive order? Is the date Nov 8 or Nov 22 ? They are authorizing discipline on Nov 9 on the basis that you can't be vaccinated by Nov 22 if you aren't jabbed by Nov 8. Is this punishment for pre-crime?
