  1. all this shows too me is the fact they tried too lock this man up over protecting a kid, and sometimes down right refuse too punish scum that abuse kids is why i believe most judges are just as responsible for the trauma kids receive from repeat offenders. system is a joke from too too bottom

  2. This is only a part of the story, very one-sided! Did you interview the Girl and her Father, other witnesses?? Why weren't their stories on here? We need to hear from all sides..

  3. Lol this guy is so guilty. He shot at an UNARMED man getting out of his vehicle off mere hearsay and then lied to the cop knowing that he was the one in the wrong.

Anyone who thinks this dude was in the right is mentally handicap

  4. Unnecessary escalation, the fact that there were no guns on the scumbag father proves that Brian's actions were unnecessary. It's not the fact that he committed the noble act of protecting a child, but it's the fact that he carried it out like a dumbass.

  5. Can we all just admire how handsome the attorney is?!? 🥰😍🥰 I'm so glad it worked out for this guy! He's my hero. I'd want him protecting my children!

  6. Cops routinely overcharge for the explicit purpose of bargaining people into a plea deal under threat of decades of prison time.

The problem is if you can't afford a lawyer, the ones appointed are typically what are called "dump trucks" and make their money from volume. They aren't interested in working for a good deal, they just take the first offer the prosecution makes and collect their money. This is why poor people end up doing 20 years for things rich people get probation for.

  7. This entire case is pathetic. It should’ve never come to this. Waste of taxpayers $ and Bryan’s $. Anyone who tries to protect a child is innocent & a hero in my book. Good on him!

  8. It really makes you wonder how much it changes the conduct of the prosecutors/DA by having a TV show on a major network filming the entire process… for example they may have decided to go to court and push for the harsher sentence but since it was being filmed they actually did their jobs to be best of their ability and the right thing. I dunno just food for thought after watching a few of these videos.

  9. I was dreading the whole time that he was going to be found guilty!!! I'm so glad it turned out like this & he didn't have to do any time or be on paper!!!! 😁😁😁😍😍😍❤❤❤

  10. A Japanese exchange student , one Halloween night in Louisiana, going out to a party knocked on the wrong door.
He was shot and killed in the driveway and the shooter gets off Scott free.

  11. seems too incomplete to say whether this was vigilantism or not tbh. before flaming me i'm not saying his motive was anything other than to protect…
