19. I operate a towing service. These tow operators are like pirates. I would never take a contract to take cars from an apartment complex. If the car sits for 48 hours then that's a different situation and the car needs to be towed. Repos and parking lot enforcement is low.

42. I was under the impression that police cannot get involved in towing issues (except for cases of assault and the like). I was also under the impression that if the owner gets into a car that is attached for towing, they have to drop it due to liability. Maybe it is a state by state thing.

    I WONDER HOW THE GOVERNMENT WOULD FEEL IF EVERY LIE THEY TOLD THEY HAD TO WRITE A 1,000 CHECK TO A CITIZEN THAT PEOPLE SEND IN THEIR NAME & ADDRESS & IT GOES INTO A SPINNING TUB. SOMEONE WOULD BE GETTING A CHECK EVERY DAY. WITH EVERY LIE IF THEY DON'T DO WHAT THEY CLAIM WITHIN 3 WEEKS IT'S CONSIDERED A LIE. THEY CAN'T FINISH A SENTENCE WITHOUT LYING. AFTER 11 LIES THEY GET FIRED FROM WHAT EVER POSITION THEY'RE WASTING TIME AT. THAT WOULD BE LIKE ONE HALF HOUR SPEECH.
