Ida hit my state very hard. Tornadoes in NJ (2021 has the second highest number of tornadoes in NJ ever recorded with highest being 1989) with flash flood emergencies is unheard of. I’d say Ida is the probably the worse tropical cyclone to hit Jersey with Sandy as an exception. We had 5 inch per our rainfall rates here in Middlesex. Incredible and I except it will get worse in the future as Earth warms.
