The U.S. will be partially lifting travel restrictions imposed because of the Covid-19 pandemic allowing fully vaccinated foreign national travelers from 33 countries to enter the country.

Vaccinated US Citizens have to get tested 3 days prior to traveling. Unvaccinated citizens have to get tested one day prior and upon arrival. All tests must be negative for entry
So EVERY single person from any country needs to be fully vaccinated to enter the United States or does this apply to only countries that were restricted? Like the uk
