12. I live in Benton Harbor. They have been charging an extra 5 dollars a month to all residents for our water bills to be put into a "reserve". Its been over 3 years an NO ONE knows what happened to that money!!!! We cannot afford to keep living like this!!!!!

32. This is BS< here every year the water is tested and each customers get a letter showing results. Lead pipe? Then its been a problem for decades. City is responsible for changing city water lines and property owner their pipes. The state here would have shutdown water system n lead contamination. Only time I heard of lead pipe is romans.
