  1. Fun fact: climate change in the Midwest USA is golf course owners and big city gardens taking tens of thousands of gallons of water a day and then crying to politicians who then say “because we need water more, you have to use less water than us privileged few”

  2. If you raise the cost of water then you will have the money to fund projects and people will stop wasting water. High rate users should pay a punitive price per gallon.

  3. Is there really actually a way to save water. It's like saying that everybody must have a dishwasher or it's against the law. The newer dishwashers use less than 4 gallons of water it's forsure a good idea.

  4. And California is putting so much water on almonds all the time. And China is allowed to go to the Great Lakes and take the top levels of our water. And az is letting golf courses get all that water

  5. Stop building cities in deserts and stop eating so much meat. Feeding crops takes water, then feeding all the crop to cows + water for cows for YEARS just to turn that cow into a bit of meat across a few families. Those same families could have had those crops directly for years rather meat for weeks. Meat in moderation.

  6. Middle eastern countries have have used oil money to buy up much of the land around Blythe, along with water rights. They produce hay and alfalfa, and ship it to back home to their countries to feed their stock. Take a couple minutes to consider the costs and energy involved in this.

  7. You people can't be this stupid, the reason there's droughts cause there s no rain, how does rain form? From moisture that evaporates to the sky, remember the 80swhen everyone had a grass lawn and washed there cars everyday,it rained all the time ,bottom line all these efforts to conserve water is causing the droughts, turn on the sprinklers, open the fire hidrents flood the streets and fields and watch it start raining again, dumbasses

  8. Can you imagine 100 million people depending on that water supply. People please learn to wash with sand. In 2050 you could see 100 million people in the west and most coming from South America. Can you say Soylent Green, just say it, it just rolls off the tongue 👅 like water 💦 in the year 2050 your going to love it, it tastes like chicken 🍗.
