  1. The room is not that big. It really only is best for storage. It certainly doesn't seem like a cozy room to read and relax. I don't think they could temperature control that room to have a wine cellar.

  2. On beach / Florida it is a Storm Shelter- Hurricane. As many said I take this in a heartbeat. But not 4 storm shelter. I use all time 4 most anything needed it 4.. Often thought it be cool 4 my husband & I to make/ build our own underground bunker/stormshelter. Be awsome.I luv the setup in this 1.🤗🙂😀🙂

  3. Looks great and all but I don't know about just painting over all the debri and bacteria.. certainly even more poisonous stuff on the walls and shelves/beds since as they say it's been left alone for YEARS. Give that a Bunker a good old rub with lots of anti bacteria and chemical goodies to get rid off it and let the bunker sit open + put on the air vent for a couple of days..

U'll get sick in there even after them "cleaning" it up, that's what I'm trying to say.

Or atleast they didn't show it in the show but I don't think so.
