I would of responded the same way if the judge talked to me like that….
I own like 10 different calibers of guns…dont think thats really damning evidence. im not saying he's innocent just that this piece of evidence dont mean much

There would be no needs to kill the children unless they knew the killer. Young children who don't know an attacker would have a hard time identifying them if police ask them too if they were strangers. He knew he was going to have to kill them all if he had a chance of getting away with this. Same type of gun he had, but suddenly lost, the cell phone, nothing innocent about that man. However I don't believe he did it alone. I wonder what his other family knew about it all.

That's why they say, claim 5th amendment. So that means if he would have stayed silent and let his attorney speak he would not be in jail today ? so just anger gave it up ? so all angry persons in the world are potential murderes's ? There is not enough evidence in this case to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he killed them. If he was rich and hired expensive lawyers he would not be in jail today. I have seen cases where people walk out of courtroom with immunity.
