  1. So they brutalized a paraplegic and then stole $22,000 from him claiming that it had been near drugs when everybody knows that all money contains trace amounts of drugs. I could go to the bank right now and pull out $50,000 in cash because I’m rich and every last one of those hundred dollar bills would contain some trace residue Weatherby from actually contacting drugs or just contacting other dollars that I’ve contacted Ruggs. I hope this guy wins 10 million.

  2. I didn’t know having legs that don’t work makes you above the law and gives you a pass to deal drugs. By the way, if he’s unable to exit the vehicle, how did he get in it? And who’s working the gas and brake pedals?

  3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuKqFSy4e5Q

they cut out the part where the officer offered to peacefully help him out of the car and then Clifford said no and then started acting up.

when an officer tells you to dosomething, you do it. not complying makes it 100x worse no matter the situation. Being a paraplegic doesn't grant you magical immunity from police officers doing their duty. this was on Clifford. If you feel you are being wronged, fight it out in court. not on the streets. in the streets, the cops have 100% of the power. Anything you say or do will be used against you in the court of law. Just keep your mouth shut and do as your told. Once you're in a courtroom with a lawyer, then you do your thing.

  4. fake news. if you watch the full video, the officer actually offerred to help him out the vehicle peacefully before Owen got disresepctful at the officers. this vid makes the officers seem like the bad guys when the guy was just not complying. watch the actual unedited video.

  5. Why did they want him to get out of the car in the first place? What did he do? And they wonder why we have these feelings towards law enforcement. Pathetic.

  6. I can't believe the number of morons in these comments who think it's OK to pull a paraplegic by his hair from a car and drag him along the road. Is it because he's black you think it's OK. Shame on you triple k morons.

  7. I think the most telling part is the 'context' that the news person adds…"the police found more than $22k in the car"… and that the car had "…been in close proximity to illegal drugs…". What is that? First, I didn't know it was illegal to carry cash with you? And what kind of dog can tell that someone or something has 'been in close proximity" to drugs? Interesting how they had to add that in there.

  8. The officer told him that he would help him out of the car. And he decides to pull the “police are bad” card. It’s simple, DO what the OFFICER tells you to do and you won’t be man handled. What is it with some black people and their entitledness

  9. $20,000 in the brand new audi that came out of a drug house… yeah, this man was "innocent".
Who's really the bad guy here? The cop, or the man that helps put drugs in fathers, mothers, brothers, and sisters?

  10. America is the only place where a paraplegic can be manhandled and arrested after not stepping out of a car. What's next? A deaf man arrested for not hearing an officer's orders? Or did I miss that episode?

  11. Again cops acting like renegade maniacs. I honestly think these cops should be charged to the full extent of the law. And they make this criminal a martyr in the process. Its obvious that money was drug money. Firstly they knew that

  12. Give me their badge numbers. I'm a retired cop and this officer needs to be reprimanded. He told the officer I have a medical condition and calls for help while being recorded and right when he hangs up the cop drags him out? Sir that's border line KKK mentality.

  13. They’re using the dogs being alerted by the money to justify their actions. If you look it up MOST banknotes/money have traces of cocaine on it ‼️

  14. No paraplegic , he has paraparesis or weakness , he is moving lower legs during arrest , show in these video. The question here is , can we use our medical conditions compensated to avoid arrest and sue the police department?. Is these becoming viral and will be the new deal in America.
