Everyone is saying this was “natural” conception. Nothing natural about this pregnancy. Highly likely there were meds involved that made her hyper ovulate. I hope she gets the support she needs to raise these babies.

I honestly dont understand how this many infants survive let alone the mother… There is only so much space, hell even just one child rearranges the mothers organs to grow.
