“Court Cam Presents Under Oath” tells the story of a crime from the unique lens of the accused as they take the witness stand. Hosted by Dan Abrams, each episode will cover everything from first-hand defendant testimony, juxtaposed with the contentious cross-examination to the final verdict. There is a reason that taking the witness stand in your own defense is a gamble that very few criminal defendants ever take. In addition to interviews with key members of the investigation, the series features original video from law enforcement, surveillance camera footage, 911 audio recordings, digital forensic evidence and some exclusive interviews and responses from the defendants themselves, to provide an in-depth look at dozens of raw and real cases.

A&E leads the cultural conversation through high-quality, thought provoking original programming with a unique point of view. Whether it’s the network’s distinctive brand of award-winning disruptive reality, groundbreaking documentary, or premium scripted drama, A&E’s brave storytelling always makes entertainment an art. 1. That poor baby. This makes me rethink any bit of piddly anger I've had towards my children. Can't lay a hand on them as it is, but I'd be so afraid of ever causing them harm….
    Some people are terrible…

  2. Tbh I’ve gotta say I was surprised when they said guilty. She def did something wrong if not the entire thing but there is definitely reasonable doubt

  3. I work with children ages 4 through 12, and I have NEVER thought it okay to harm a child. I never even have had a thought to get ‘physical’ with a child. Absolute vile excuse of a person.

  4. I watched this and she admitted she hit her for squirting ketchup in the toilet she also treated her differently than the other girl she was watching. She hit her under her chin and she looked up all kinds of stuff – “how to get rid of bruises with essential oil etc” She is a horrible monster!

  5. This is why I'm too scared to work once I've had my baby, at least until they can go to a proper nursery. You could leave them with someone you fully trust and they'll do something like this.

  6. When you say things they can have different meanings or be taken differently than how you meant them. This is why talking to a lawyer first is important.

  7. 90 seconds to a minute in this woman’s care and the child collapses and she’s in this condition. Idk who did this, to this baby however that’s why I watch my grandchildren. No one else is allowed to watch my babies. For as long as the breathe in my body I’m going to protect them and every child that I come in contact with. God please keep Hannah close to you, can you please dispatch your angels to protect every baby/child because there is evil lurking here on earth. If you see a baby no matter their age, please do something. If nothing else please call the police our children are depending on all of us to protect them.

  8. That’s why you never talk to the police!! It seems like such as easy thing to do! But if you find yourself in a situation like this. You don’t want to look like the bad guy. Not helping police. But thousands of people have talked their way into prison.Just like this girl did. Without her police interrogation they had no case. So crazy 🤔

  9. I thought I’d add this here since it’s an interesting update. So LP’s husband is in jail and I think awaiting trial for child molestation or something along those lines. Could it have been Lindsey’s husband TJ? was she covering for him? I feel like she could be innocent and it was either her husband or the mystery guest Chris. What children was LPs husband abusing? ….maybe it will come out in his trial if he has one. Interesting new info to add to the weirdness. Sad For the kids that both LP and TJ are locked up. (If she’s innocent that is) who knows. I watched the whole trial and I would not have convicted her on the evidence. Can’t convict on a hunch or not liking someone or anything. I purely think the prosecution didn’t convince me too many loose ends….

  10. As a former in home child care provider, this a a huge fear for many. Being accused of abuse that a parent inflicted. On the other hand, it's never, ever ok to put your hands on any child, ever. For any reason. Sometimes, as I found out, my house was the only safe, clean, home where some kids were treated like little kids and loved as such.
P.S. don't worry I did the right thing

  11. I cant with this babysitter. Looking at her at glance she literally looks like a school teach then the interview I barely got through it. Wtf is wrong with me??? If a baby is crying you place them in a crib or sewing and if you feel overwhelmed you walk outside or to another room for 10 mins. It doesn't hurt for a baby to cry. What hurts is you hurting them. 💔😢
