  6. If conservatorship means "gifting" a person life by taking her life away, it's emotional slavery for every single day of her life. Worst, being mentally tortured every hour every day for life by a man who calls himself a dad but is deliberately putting her through massive amount of pain so that she goes insane (so that he can fully possess her fortune). Britney is a human, whose gender happens to be a woman, and not a mental slave. A human is a human no matter man or woman. It's 2021.

What kind of world is it that the “psychiatrist” (being paid by her dad using britney’s money) can declare her “mentally incompetent” to handle her own matters, but declare her competent enough to travel to foreign cities (including Hong Kong) living in foreign hotels to professionally entertain in front of millions of strangers so that she can continually earn money to pay these “psychiatrist”, “lawyers”, “doctors”, her own “family” (who are again being paid by her dad using britney’s money). Worse, her dad even forced her to perform the recent tour when she did not want to (he must really “care” for her mental wellbeing i.e. wants her to go insane so he can fully possess her fortunes). And now she needs these “psychiatrist” and “lawyer” to free her from conservatorship? What a joke.

  9. Her father is doing the right thing. He knows there are a lot of sharks that sworm around celebrities and does not want her to end up dumb and broke like a lot of other people that came into wealth.

  12. They said she had to be "evaluated" to see if she is "capable of managing her finances," but I haven't heard them say anything about her dad being "evaluated" to see if he is capable. Why hasn't he been evaluated also every time she has?

  20. I absolutely love Britney since a teen! I purchased her first album in cassette form! She was my first music artist I ever purchased and with my weekly chores allowance money. I feel so blessed to grow up with her as my idol and I feel strongly praying for her!!!! I feel the lies and bad energy from her family. She needs to have freedom and one really good person in her life that she can trust completely! I say Paris Hilton seems to be genuinely caring of her I hope maybe someone like her can help her through this and become her in her own skin again! #freebritney

  23. If her father had any concern for her welfare he would not continue to fight this. He saw an opportunity in 2008 to get his dirty, grubby hands on her money and exploited it to the full, all involved in this dirty mess should be held to account. This is abuse and fraud on a grand scale.

  24. Ms. Spears' request (in her 6/23/21 public statement to the court) that she does not want to be psychiatrically evaluated, should be immediately granted by the court. The psychiatric standards of care that would allow (even for over ten years) such sinful treatment of Ms. Spears are simply bad science and bad medicine as scientifically and ethically proven in my 8/16/18 Medicaid.gov public comment at the following Medicaid.gov URL:

    Accordingly, the burden of proof that Ms. Spears is not worthy of her U.S. civil rights (and all God-given rights to freedom) should be entirely shouldered by (including entirely financially paid for by) those who are using the bad science and bad medicine of psychiatry to so sinfully rob Ms. Spears of her God-given rights.

  31. Britney has been enslaved by her own flesh and blood. They will be held accountable because they have been so arrogant they don’t even hide this ABUSE. Watch this interview of Britney’s brother Brian who believes this conservatorship is a “family business” and “good for the family”. He acknowledges that Britney wants out and always has, yet he repeatedly justifies the conservatorship. He says he and the whole family are in the same side about it. He says he resents the fact that Britney has a “strong will and opinion” about her freedom. He can recall IN DETAIL how much profit was made from various records and perfumes but he plays dumb when the host asks him about the #freebritney movement. He said “he doesn’t know what captivity people are talking about”. The whole family is corrupt.   35. Finally! Harry Nelson! An attorney that’s NOT speaking in a way of defending and covering up for other bad attorneys, by making Britney Spears seem like she’s incompetent!

    Her father has traumatized and affected her mental health by the hell he’s been allowed to put her through! They should ALL be held accountable! Managers, judges, lawyers, the doctors, and so on, that have aided her father in the abuse because of his greed!
